
Rockin' Morrocan Grill Kabobs << back to list of recipes
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Tin of Happy Human Rockin' Morrocan Rub
- 1/2 pound steak or chicken for grilling
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 red onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Set heat on grill to high
- Cut your steak or chicken into approxiamately 1 inch cubes
- Chop the onion and bell peppers into 1 inch cubes
- Place onion, peppers, and meat into a large mixing bowl
- Pour olive oil and half tin (about 4oz) of Rockin' Morrocan rub over the meat and vegetables, add more rub if more flavor is desired.
- Mix with hands or stirring spoon until oil and rub are evenly distributed through the mixture.
- Prepare skewers of the kabobs, alternating vegetables and meat
- Put skewers on grill for about 5 minutes on a covered grill
- After the 5 minutes, rotate the skewers about once a minute until done
- Serve with warm pita bread and rice.
